The low speed turbine : an optimal oxygenation and mixing

The hydrodynamic shape of the polyester rotor encourages mixing and oxygenation of the water.

Technical features :

L’ensemble peut être fixé sur une passerelle en béton ou sur une charpente métallique grâce à la plaque d’assise. Très robuste, la turbine à vitesse lente est conçue pour une utilisation en position fixe ou flottante.

The main components of the TLF include :

The gear motor ;
The coupling shaft ;
The rotor, made of reinforced fibreglass polyester, filled with expanded polyurethane foam. Its density, less than 1, assists with full tank assembly and reduces axial load on the gear motor.

The assembly can be fixed on a concrete base or a metal frame using the base plate. The very robust low speed turbine is designed for fixed or floating use. It is composed of the components above joined together by a rigid shaft.

The low speed turbine is completely designed and manufactured in France.

Available as an option :

A spray cover to prevent aerosol projections and noise pollution;
A gear motor cover;
An adaptor frame for the existing civil engineering structure in the case of renovation;An intake chimney for deep tanks;
Rental available for the floating version;The anchor accessories for the floating version.
